1:1 performance coaching

Providing external coaches into your business to help your managers raise their own performance and deliver business results.

1:1 coaching is now accepted as one of the most effective support and development mechanisms available to your leaders, executives and managers.

It is used increasingly to deliver specific solutions and development to all management populations and can often be ultimately more cost effective then sending managers on generic training courses.

You will have have access to a team of qualified and specialist coaches who will work to maximise your manager`s strengths and full potential for both personal and business benefits.

Approach

A coaching programme varies depending on individual and organisational circumstances but typically follows the following format:

  • Analysis of individual and organisational needs, the business context, evaluation, reporting and confidentiality requirements
  • Choice of coach to suit personal chemistry
  • Establish individual coaching relationship - contracting, coaching goals, links to business objectives, measures, return on investment, logistics, reviews, duration
  • Implementation - possible use of 360 degree feedback, shadowing, psychometrics
  • Coaching either face to face, telephone or a combination of both
  • Regular reviews against goals
  • Final evaluation, review and return on investment calculation
