Philosophy
We believe that performance management conversations should be a continuous and positive part of every manager`s working day and not just the imposed and often dreaded conversation at annual review time. We also believe that it is the skills, attitude and confidence of the line manager, together with the working environment, which has the biggest impact on performance, rather than the forms, systems and processes.
Specialisation
We work only in the areas where we know that we can have a big impact on performance.
Return on Investment (ROI)
We have developed highly effective techniques for analysing ROI with examples in excess of 600%. We will work with you to identify both the tangible and the intangible benefits of any interventions to show credible returns on your investment. - find out more

Psychometric tools
Tools such as 360° feedback, Emotional Intelligence and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator are used, where appropriate, as catalysts for change and to enhance learning.
Interventions are holistic and tailored
