The manufacturing systems and process were all of exceptionally high quality, but the management and leadership skills were sadly lacking. There was also a long established culture which accepted or didn`t challenge poor performance.

We designed and implemented a modular skills programme to improve management and leadership skills throughout the factory and support a new performance management system linking pay to behavioural attributes.

We supplied a three module programme over a period of six months with performance coaching at the core, for all 80 managers within the business.
